The Copper Ember Raku Vessel radiates quiet strength and elemental beauty. Hand-shaped and raku-fired, it embodies the raw essence of earth and flame. Though its form appears simple, the surface reveals extraordinary depth — a bespoke glaze created and developed in our studio to produce the vessel’s deep, burnished copper hue. Subtle variations in tone and texture lend a tactile warmth that catches and reflects the light in shifting, ember-like highlights.

Inside, the dark, smoky black surface contrasts strikingly with the glowing exterior, echoing the dance between fire and clay that defines the raku process. The asymmetrical rim and textured surface make this vessel a sculptural statement piece, perfect for display on its own or as a dramatic setting for dried stems or grasses.

Each piece is entirely unique, bearing the unpredictable alchemy of the raku firing — no two ever the same.

  • Raku clay and glaze; decorative use (non-waterproof). Approx. 21 × 21 cm. Indoor display recommended. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; avoid soaking, detergents and prolonged moisture. Use felt pads to protect surfaces.
