Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Packaging & Sustainability

All ceramics and glass pieces are carefully wrapped using protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Wherever possible, we use recyclable or reused materials and pack orders with sustainability in mind.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your Village Ceramics piece, but if something isn’t quite right:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

 

As our work is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we recommend reading product descriptions carefully and contacting us with any questions before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and put things right.
