Sunburst Stripe Raku Vessel is a bold handmade raku pot with a strong contemporary presence. Its rounded, tapering form is decorated with vivid yellow glaze and deep charcoal-black vertical striping, creating a striking contrast against the pale, smoke-speckled base.
 
Hand-built and raku-fired in our Lincolnshire studio, this one-of-a-kind vessel carries all the character of the firing process: textured surfaces, subtle glaze movement, smoky markings and small irregularities that make each piece completely individual. The dark interior and softly uneven rim add depth and drama, while the graphic striped design gives the piece a fresh, modern edge.
 
At approximately 18 cm high and 13 cm at its widest point, this vessel is ideal for display on a shelf, mantel, console table or contemporary sideboard. It works beautifully as a standalone art object, particularly in interiors where a vivid accent colour can lift a neutral scheme.
