Village Ceramics & Crafts recently completed a social media giveaway featuring one of our copper-green raku vessels. The campaign ran for ten days and was open to participants across the United Kingdom.

To enter, users were asked to follow our Instagram page, like the giveaway post, and tag another account in the comments. In total, over 140 valid entries were received during the entry period.

At the conclusion of the campaign, all entries were compiled into a spreadsheet. A random number generator was then used to select the winning entry, ensuring the process was conducted fairly and transparently. The selected winner, @birdandbutton, has been contacted directly to arrange delivery of the prize.

The aim of the giveaway was to raise awareness of our handmade pottery, in particular our range of raku-fired vessels. The campaign generated strong engagement on social media, introduced our work to new audiences, and helped strengthen connections with our existing followers.

Further promotional campaigns and updates from the pottery will be announced through our Instagram feed and newsletter.
